    Good questions

    Where does my AI team live?
    In your own Claude account, built on Claude by Anthropic and set up and managed by us. With 3 or more agents your Claude Pro subscription is included. The account is in your name, so you always own it. Most of the work arrives where you already are: articles on your website, posts in your social queue and briefs and wrap-ups in your inbox. We'll give you a 30-minute walkthrough so you're comfortable asking your agents for more.
    What if I already have a website?
    Most of our clients do. We move your content across to your new site and keep your domain. We also set up redirects so your existing links keep working and your Google rankings are protected. Your current site stays live until the new one is ready, so there is no downtime, and your email is not affected.
    Do I need to learn a new tool?
    No. Your agents deliver to your website, inbox and social queue. When you want something extra, you just ask in Claude, like sending a message. We show you how at setup.
    Can I ask my agents for more?
    Yes. Your scheduled deliverables are guaranteed, and you can ask follow-up questions or request extra drafts whenever you like.
    Does anything go out without me?
    No. You approve articles, posts and lead magnet changes before they go live.
    Why is there a minimum term?
    Core Care has a 12-month minimum because your website build is priced on that commitment. Agents have 6 months because they need time to learn your business and show results. After that, everything runs month to month and you can cancel any time.
    Can I add or remove agents later?
    Yes. Add one at any time. Each agent has a 6-month minimum, then runs month to month.
